JG Architectural Supply is an official distributor of Sika brand wood floor bonding systems. These products are engineered for outstanding performance as well as environmental responsibility, making them ideal for Green Building projects.
Our Sika brand adhesive systems bond both solid and engineered wood flooring directly to concrete, gypsum, plywood, or nearly any other stable substrate. In addition, these products have excellent sound dampening qualities and are compatible with radiant heat.
Sika brand adhesive systems are manufacturer-recommended for use with all JG Architectural brand wood flooring, and can help earn one LEED point for low-emitting materials (EQc4.1).
SikaBond-T54
SikaBond-T54 is a one-part, NO-VOC, permanently elastic, super strong polyurethane adhesive for full surface bonding of wood flooring. This product exceeds LEED EQ-4 standards by 100% and requires 48 hrs. to cure. T-54 Cut Sheet
SikaBond-T55
SikaBond-T55 is a one-part, Low-VOC, permanently elastic, super strong polyurethane adhesive for full surface bonding of wood flooring. This product meets LEED EQ-4 standards and requires 12 hrs to cure. T-55 Cut Sheet
SikaPrimer-MB
SikaPrimer MB is a 2-part, solvent free, low viscosity, epoxy primer for use under wood flooring products that require protection from sub-floor moisture; particularly effective on concrete subfloors. MB Cut Sheet
